How the visit works

   A camera scan tells us what is in there and whether young are present before anything is disturbed.

   Remove humanely

   Animals are removed or evicted humanely and in line with Ontario wildlife rules — never sealed in.

   Clean and sanitize

   All nesting material comes out, then the flue is swept, sanitized and deodorized.

   Cap it permanently

   A stainless cap with code-sized mesh goes on so the chimney stops being an option.
