Terms of service
Quotes and pricing
Prices given before an on-site inspection are estimates. Written, line-itemed quotes issued after inspection are held for 30 days and are not changed mid-job without your written approval.
Coupon terms
Valid for new customers on services of $199 or more. One coupon per household. Cannot be combined with other offers.
Scheduling and access
We provide an arrival window and require safe access to the appliance and, where relevant, the roof. Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee.
Workmanship warranty
Repair and masonry work carries a written workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on installed parts and appliances apply separately per the manufacturer's terms.
Limitations
Inspections report on conditions observable at the time of service. Concealed defects that cannot be seen by camera or visual inspection are outside the report's scope.
