How the visit works

   Camera survey

   We scan the full flue and show you exactly where the clay tiles have cracked or shifted.

   Size the liner

   Diameter calculated from the appliance output and chimney height — oversizing kills draft.

   Install and insulate

   Liner run from top plate to appliance, insulated where the chimney runs outside the envelope.

   Connect and certify

   Appliance connected, draft and CO tested, documentation issued for your insurer.
